About the Parent Educator

Parent Educator: Cesily Crowser

Cesily Crowser is a full time, tenured faculty member with North Seattle Community College's Parent Education program. She began teaching in 2002 as a part-time Parent Education instructor for Seattle Central Community College. Cesily also facilitates discussions on early literacy for Page Ahead, a grant based literacy program. She volunteers as a Parent Education Instructor for different community organizations and homeless shelters and is a member of the Board of Directors for Child Care Resources. Cesily graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California with a BA in Psychology. She is the mother of two fabulous children, a 11 year old son and a 14 year old daughter. Most recently, Cesily began a private parent tutoring practice, meeting with individuals and groups to discuss their parenting concerns and goals.
